Usually, we don‘t discount on our website due to a protection considering other buyers. We do offer promotions from time to time, so sign up for our newsletter so you can know the promotions timely!

We sometimes re-stock popular styles that sell out quickly. The majority of items that sell out are replaced with the new styles from upcoming seasons.

We can provide an exchange if the order is still packing (better to contact us within one day if you want to an exchange), please contact us support@nianyi.com or order@nianyi.com with your order number and what you want us to help.

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time (Gift set excluded).

Just add items to your basket and then click "checkout." As you get into the checkout process, you will see your order total at the bottom, based on the cost of your items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated during the checkout.

We are not responsible for damage as a result of tag removal and cannot replace any products with this issue. Please be careful when removing the tags.

In product descriptions, we represent colors with both names and images. We try to use straightforward names for our colors. In other cases, especially within color families, the names can be more subjective (e.g., Glaze Blue vs. Cobalt Blue Imitation). In most cases though, a color discrepancy arises because a photograph, either in print or online, appears different across different media or to the individual who’s looking at it. Product displayed on various electronic screens – phones, tablets and computer monitors – will all display color differently, sometimes dramatically so depending on the graphics card, drivers, and the type of backlighting and room lighting. With all that said, we work very hard to ensure our products are displayed as accurately as possible so the color you see in the catalog or on the screen is as close as possible to the color you receive.

We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach or add fabric conditioner. Wash dark colors separately. Tumble dry low. Use a cool iron, and do not iron print. Do not dry-clean.

How To Properly Use and Maintain a Zippe, please follow below steps:

  • Softly fasten or unfasten the zipper.
  • Do not pull too tight, so as not to strain open.
  • Apply a layer of wax on the zipper, and then pull it back and forth to ensure that it can be smooth.
  • Be sure to pull the zipper up when washing clothes, otherwise the zipper will be twisted arbitrarily, resulting in the zipper serration will fall off and damage will occur.

RETURNS

At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, please allow 7 to 10 days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account.

At this time we are unable to process exchanges if the warehouse has finished packing. Orders purchased on nianyi.com can be returned for a refund to the original form of payment.

SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days for packing. Logistics delivers within 3-8 business days after taking possession of the package, depending on your proximity to the distribution center.

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by each country individually.
