Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product. 

Steps of Return & Refund

Step 1. Make sure you meet the return requirements

      a. your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & the tag is intact.

Step 2. Apply for return

Click the return button from the order details page, or click the return entry attached to your order confirmation email. Then select the reason for your return and upload pictures of items you'd like to return.

 Step 3. Free Return logistics

You can download a free shipping label and bring the items to a nearby pickup spot.

Step 4. Refund Succeeded

You can track the shipment and validation status of your returns from the return entry on your order details page. Once verified, you will receive a refund in your original form of payment. And a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Steps of Return & Refund for other countries

Step 2. Send us (email: order@nianyi.com) the photo of the product and the order number to the email which you placed the order and we will review it for compliance with the return requirements

Step 3. After making sure your order meets the requirements, Please do not mail back to the original address, we will send you a mailing address to your email address.

Step 4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt and the return address.

Step 5. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Note: 

    1. Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 30 days refund.
    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. 

    2. In the following cases, you'll be responsible for the shipping fee occurred.
    • You don't want the item you bought;
    • You choose the wrong item (wrong size or style);

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

    No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

    4. If you paid for the shipping when you purchased the product, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
